In my first job as a bookseller, I lost my fear of facing interaction with many different human needs. After graduating, I worked passionately as a marketing strategist and media investment planner for more than 20 years. I have worked in media companies, advertising and media agencies and in international corporate companies as consultant, manager, executive and managing director. I have led and helped shape transformation processes in Global corporates and interdisciplinary teams – not least in the area of digital transformation.
Building on this, I have acquired further key competencies since 2019 (see Focus and Skills on Services subsite) in order to pass on my skills as a consultant, coach and facilitator in the future. My experiences as a pilgrim as well as my travels and relationships in Bhutan (more on this on my blog) have been a decisive influence on this latest step.
